Current Aquisition, Sale and Investment Mandates

Acquisition mandates

IT Recruitment

  • Well established industry recruitment specialist seeks bolt on acquisitions, UK wide, turnover of between £2m and £5m
  • All situations will be considered (asset sale / share sales / distressed opportunities / etc) - ref. 1149

Food and / or Beverage

  • Beverage, food ingredients, laboratory services or health and safety distribution, turnover up to £5m, UK based (dependent on relocation possibilities), good operational and financial performance, specifically seeking a strong sales and marketing function - ref. 1103  

Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Hi-Tech Industries

  • Supplier of products or processes, preferably with IP & recurring income sreams, turnover up to circa £10m, UK based, would consider under-performaing or non core subsidiary/product/service - ref. 1036

Manufacturing and / or Development

  • Audio / Visual / Simulation / System integration, turnover up to £15m (element of overseas sales), profitable but possibly under-performing, south-east based with overseas sales or potential for, good 2nd tier operational management, ideally retirement sale - ref. 1107

Cleaning

  • General office and commercial cleaning business
  • Majority of management to be retained, turnover between £5m and £15m - ref.1131

Security

  • Manned guarding and / or mobile patrol business
  • Majority of management to be retained, turnover between £5m and £15m - ref.1131

Food importing and / or manufacture

  • Experienced board member of various food businesses (successful and proven track record) seeks opportunity to work alongside existing business with view to investing at a later date.  Interested in businesses with customer base of retailers and / or food service businesses, central / northern England, turnover of between £5m and £30m
  • Ideally a retirement sale or parent company looking to dispose of non core subsidiary - ref.1123

  • Seeking development capital for online motor finance brokerage.  Leading broker of non-prime motor finance through a direct-to-consumer web-based channel for vehicle supply and finance - ref. 1091

  • Haulage contractors and truck rental services, based within M25.  Well established, diverse and high quality service offering, mix of national and local clients, turnover c £5.4m for 2011
  • Ideal opportunity for either an individual or a business looking to add a new service line / bolt on to existing service lines - ref. 1134

Automotive

  • Retirement sale of a leading specialist car parts manufacturer, based in the home counties. Over 50 years' of history with a highly skilled and loyal workforce. A leading brand name with strong racing pedigree, delivering margins of c.50% and turnover of £1.4m 2011 
  • An excellent opportunity for investors with an interest in the motor industry or as a bolt-on for existing businesses looking to grow - ref.1152

Imigration consultancy

  • Specialists in all aspects of UK and European immigration laws, with a growing blue chip client base and relationships with key customers exceeding 10 years. 65% of revenues come from corporate clients, producing strong margins in this niche industry - ref. 1148
