Matthew Hall

Matthew specialises in advising owner managers and their businesses, with particular emphasis on tax planning and structuring. He has considerable expertise in advising growing businesses on a range of issues including the development and drafting of Employee Share Schemes.

As a member of the firm’s corporate finance team, Matthew is actively involved in advising clients on the tax aspects and structuring of corporate transactions including MBO’s and MBI’s.

Matthew is a member of the firm’s Tax Committee and is a regular speaker at internal and external seminars and workshops. Matthew regularly contributes to the firm’s newsletter.
