WK Corporate Finance advised NVM on their £7m investment into Chemigraphic.
Chemigraphic, a provider of electronic manufacturing services to the medical technology, defence and power systems sectors will use the investment to accelerate its international growth and drive continued development of its technology and expertise.
Chris Wootton, a former group operations director of Worldmark, joined the business as chief executive in April 2017 and has a vision to scale the business globally. With more than 150 staff, Chemigraphic, which also has an office in China, is now set for a period of strong growth.
WK Corporate Finance undertook financial and tax due diligence as well as further buy-side advice in respect of working capital, locked box and input into the SPA.
Peter Hodson, Investment Partner at NVM commented; "We really enjoyed working with Dan and the team to get underneath the skin of the current financial performance of Chemi. Lots of interesting financial dynamics to get comfortable with but we got there with a lot of credit to WK for their commitment and diligence. They were always prepared to roll their sleeves up and support us in whatever way we needed, especially in the run up to completion".
